Hospitality/Greeters

The Ministers of Hospitality greet, welcome, and assist the faithful as they gather for worship. They are the first friendly faces that you see upon entering the sanctuary, they take up the collection, and hand out our bulletins at the end of Mass.

Sacristans open the church and prepare the chapel or church for Mass by readying the host & wine and lighting candles. After Mass, they tidy up and put away the tithe. They also ensure all ministers (readers, altar servers, etc.) have checked in.

Youth altar servers assist at weekday and weekend Masses as well as weddings and other special liturgies. All registered parishioners who are young gentlemen and ladies in the 4th grade and higher are welcome to serve.

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion

EMoHC assist the presider in the distribution of Holy Communion & the Precious Blood. Training is provided throughout the year.
Art & Environment

The A & E Committee provides leadership in setting the environment of the church during all the liturgical seasons. Its major responsibilities include decorating for Advent, Christmas, Lent, Holy Week, and Easter, as well as other special parish events.

St. Ann’s Catholic Council of Women is an organization founded to support the spiritual welfare of all women in Holy Trinity Parish. We come together once a month to enjoy each other’s friendship and work on activities which assist our parish.

Wellness Ministry

Ministry to the Homebound

Who's My Neighbor keeps our homebound parishioners in touch with the parish by sending birthday and holiday cards and making occasional phone calls, checking on their well-being.
Heavenly Dusters

The Heavenly Dusters is a group of women of the parish who devote a few hours of their time to help clean the church every Saturday morning beginning at 8:30am. The crews get together before Christmas and Easter to give the Church a more thorough cleaning.

Welcome Ministry is responsible for parish Welcome Program: mailing out welcome letters, making “welcome” phone calls, assisting in planning and setting up of new member meals, assisting with new member orientation.

Members assist in answering questions from parishioners and visitors at the information desk located in the Gathering Area during weekend liturgies. You don’t have to know all the answers – training provided.
Thursday Crew

The Thursday Crew is a group of individuals who maintain the Church’s outdoor facilities and property. Skills are appreciated but are certainly not required. If you’re looking for some fresh air, exercise, and fellowship,
please consider joining us.
We meet every Thursday morning at 7:30 during the spring and summer.
Stop by and enjoy a cup of coffee while we plan the day’s projects.
Men's Club
