Lectors: Lectors are responsible for delivering the Word of God to the parish during our celebration of the Mass. If you would like to become a Lector, please contact Tom Braxmeier at (618) 398-0601, or fill out the Get Involved! form on our Organizations page.
Extraordinary Ministers of Communion: Extraordinary Ministers of Communion are parishioners trained in the administration of the Eucharist to the parish at large. Ministers are certified by the Bishop of the Belleville Diocese, and must be recertified once every three years. If you would like to become an Extraordinary Minister of Communion, please contact Donna Gallant at (618) 394-7706.
Ministers to the Homebound: Ministers to the Homebound are a select group from our Extraordinary Ministers of Communion, specially trained to bring the Body and Precious Blood to those of our community that are physically unable to participate in the Mass with us on a weekly basis. Altar Servers: Altar Servers come from the youth in our parish, and are trained to aid the priest and deacon with duties on the altar. For more information, please contact Tom Braxmeier at (618) 398-0601.
Greeters/Ushers: Greeters and Ushers handle a variety of duties before, during, and after our weekly Masses. They are the first friendly faces that you see upon entering the sanctuary, they take up the collection, and hand out our bulletins at the end of Mass.
